I have some life. For the past week, gluten-free bloggers have been filling my inbox with photographs of food. I’ve been so distracted by the deliciousness that I’ve had a hard time figuring out how to organize all the gluten-free goodies that my blogging friends have cooked up for Adopt a Gluten-Free Blogger. I decided to just fling them all together at the top of this post so everyone could be amazed by all the gorgeous food that was created this month and then list the adoptions and send you readers off to explore all of these great gluten-free blogs and find even more recipes. So, don’t anyone tell me it’s hard to be gluten-free or you’re feeling deprived and pathetic. Here’s the road map to some glorious gluten-free eating:
First up is the founder of this community-building buffet of blogs, SeaMaiden of Book of Yum. Sea of the Bay Area adopted Bernice of Wheatless and Meatless in New York City. Bernice’s Bombay Beastless Burger and her Cauliflower Chestnut Cheese were big successes at the Yum household. Follow Bernice on twitter as @gfveg and Sea as @seamaiden399 for gluten-free vegetarian tweets.
AndreAnna, a Jersey girl living somewhere in Iowa, adopted Heidi of Adventures of a Gluten-Free Mom, an Ohio transplant living in New Mexico. Visit Life as A Plate to see what AndreAnna has to say about Heidi and her Mayo-Free Chicken Salad. These two are probably the funniest gluten-free bloggers I know. Follow Heidi on Twitter as @adventuresgfmom and AndreAnna as @AndreAnnaRose.
For more of AndreAnna, head on down to Virginia and Shirley’s campsite for a cocktail and some Mexican pulled chicken stuffed peppers. Gluten Free Easily is one of the hubs of our online gluten-free community and Shirley’s adoption of AndreAnna is the perfect summer camping trip. Follow Shirley on Twitter as @Shirleygfe.

In a slight twist on the adoption, Iris’s housemates made Alta’s vanilla cake recipe to celebrate her birthday. There you have it. We’ve traveled all over the US, Canada and even Europe for this gluten-free buffet. I don’t know how Sea does it almost every month and she is hosting the adoptions next time. So go visit some of these lovely bloggers and browse their recipes and follow them on Twitter. Check your links and please email me if I’ve messed them up. It was a big job and I get so easily distracted visiting all of you and snooping through your posts and recipes that I may have some of the links wrong, but I did have some fun on my tour of the gluten-free blogging world.
