I must confess that most of the desserts I've been making for my last few cookbook reviews are enjoyed with a cup of coffee at about 10 am. Since I'm usually up at 5 that's about the time I need a pick-me-up. Lucky for me the recipes all have some redeeming nutritional value and less sugar than a cup of flavored yogurt.
