Both kids are leaving for college in August and it helps to have cooking together or shopping together as a last way to share something before they leave home. Even the youngest with her grain-free, limited diet cooks some meals and shops with me. We are looking forward to the GFAF Expo and the cooking classes this weekend. I generally have an idea of what I'm making for the week, but I don't usually make up my mind 'what's for dinner' until I see what kind of day we've all had!
