		<description>The menu plan seems to be one way we can connect with all for us going in different directions. Both kids are leaving for college in August and it helps to have cooking together or shopping together as a last way to share something before they leave home. Even the youngest with her grain-free, limited diet cooks some meals and shops with me. We are looking forward to the GFAF Expo and the cooking classes this weekend.</description>

I think it&#039;s wonderful you plan out the menu for the whole week in advance. I generally have an idea of what I&#039;m making for the week, but I don&#039;t usually make up my mind &#039;what&#039;s for dinner&#039; until I see what kind of day we&#039;ve all had! 

I hope you and your daughter have a fun weekend together! It sounds like a lot of fun.
