That's what I should do. One meatloaf wasn't enough for this bunch. Poor Joe. Your meatloaf is so good he has to protect his lunch from his coworkers.

I hope you had some great meals, Wendy! Yes, the turkey meatloaf...Joe's favorite. I made a double batch last week so I could put one loaf in the freezer. In fact, he took the leftovers for lunch and the people he works with tried to take it from him. Just so happens I'm going to bake the second one off tomorrow. Joe can't wait to eat a meatloaf sandwich.

Much love,
Amy

That's just too funny that we were eating Amy's roasted cauliflower at the same time last night. That recipe is now on the weekly menu plan. The family just eats it up(like your hubby).

I can tell you now the turkey meatloaf was a hit. And those birds did not say anything about 24 hours of rain and then snow on my daffodils again.

Love that first photo, Wendy. I want to be at your table. :-) Can't wait to hear what you make from Amy's book!

Gotta love those birds ... they can be harbingers of good news when we're not so sure ourselves! ;-)
